COSTS & DESTINATIONS
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to Europe (Germany/France/Italy) and the lower 48 states in the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

*For orders in stock, we will ship out within 1-2 business days, and they will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The carrier is Amazon/FedEx/UPS/Smart Pot/DHL/USPS, and etc.
CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
Please submit an order modification request within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any modifications.

After Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and can't be modified, you can reject the package for FREE. If rejection or modification fails, customer can initiate a return.
- Change of Address: Once your order is shipped, we can't change the delivery address. You can decline the package for FREE if needed. If rejection or modification fails, customer can initiate a return.
- Order Modification: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. However, customers have the option to place a new order and initiate a return for the original products. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact our customer service in advance. All return requests must adhere to our Return Policy and require pre-approval from our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns due to this reason will be borne by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's site once received.
- You can track your order, shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on liene-life.com.

If there are any problems with the products you receive, please contact us within 3 working days.
If the logistics order shows the items have been signed while you haven't received the package, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
