Is the printer easy to use from installation to use?
The Liene photo printer is very easy to use, it only takes a few minutes for you to print beautiful photos.
1. Install the ink cartridge and photo paper into the printer easily.
2. Connect the power cord and turn it on.
3. Select to print directly from the photo album, or download the app to connect to print (this is not required, you can still print directly from the photo album).
Does the photo printer come with photo paper at the time of purchase? Need to buy additional photo paper separately?
The Liene Amber photo printer set comes with 1 ink cartridge + 20 sheets of photo paper, and our store also sells photo paper sets that include 1 ink cartridge + 40 sheets of photo paper. And a set of 2 ink cartridges + 80 sheets.
How long does the ink last?
This 4x6 photo printer comes with one ink cartridge and 20 pcs of photo paper. One cartridge can support the printing of 40 photos. What you need to do is to pull the cartridge out of the photo printer and insert a new one into it.
If I don't have wifi installed at home, can I still use it?
Even if there is no wifi installed in your home, it will not affect the use of this wifi printer. There is a built-in wifi setting inside the Liene wifi photo printer, you only need to open the wifi setting of the device when the printer is turned on, you can search for the printer's hotspot Liene Photo Printer[xxxx]-Wi-Fi, the default password is 12345678; In addition, this portable picture printer also supports USB connection.
What if I don't want to use the app to print photos?
You can print photos directly from your iPhone or Android phone's local photo album. Plus, you can print photos from a Mac or Windows-based laptop or desktop via WiFi or USB.
Will this work with mac?
Liene photo printer can work with Mac. You can simply get your Mac connect to the photo printer via printer's WiFi or USB.
Can I use a photo printer with any Pad?
Yes, Liene photo printer supports mobile phones or pad devices with Android 7.0 and IOS 9.0 or above.
If I'm looking to print 4x6 specifically, the Liene is a better choice at that size because of the liquid and scratch resistance afforded by the technology used in the printer.

What I did notice is that the printed image on the Liene seemed very sharp, with neutral colors at default settings. To my eyes, it was even sharper than a print of the same image from my much more expensive Canon PIXMA Pro-10.
As someone who usually sends things out for printing, I found myself printing things over and over and sending my favorite shots of trips to friends and relatives through the mail instead of social media. And that is convenient. I also took photos from my work camera and, after making simple edits in Photoshop, printed them on the Liene.

I bought the Amber, then bought the Pearl and I’m waiting on my Cutter that I signed up for the minute it became available on Kickstarter.
The Amber prints are neat indinstinct from the print I get from my pro level photo printer. The 4x6 size is perfect for my B5 journals and postcards. The 2x3 Pearl images are amazing - the fact that there’s high contrast Black and White photo paper is just lovely. I use the images in my traveler’s notebook.
If you want to print quality 4 x 6’s at home this is a must have!
I saw a video of a Instagramer taking photos of cars and printing the photos, then place those print 4×6 photos in a transparent envelop. I was amazed and wanted one of those cameras i did my reasearch for days untill i fine some great reviews from this brand.
I have ordered the M200 battery version and loving it, it will be in used for our carnival and tradution photos for students.
I think this category of printer is great. It is extremely convenient and takes up little space. Prints cost just a little more than inkjet and drugstore prints, but they look quite nice. Not perfect, but miles above Instax and Zink printers, though the Liene paper is pretty thin compared to real photographs..
The app that you use for printing is really crappy, like most Chinese electronic products. It keeps rotating the image that I want to print, and the only work-around that I know of is to exit and try again. You have to disconnect from your home WiFi to use the app because it needs its own WiFi. I do like that it defaults to "Polaroid" mode when I print a square photo.
This printer is extremely noisy. It is louder than any laser of inkjet I've ever owned. It is louder than a dishwasher or microwave oven. But since it takes less than a minute to produce a print, I don't mind that much.
Also, I can't get mine to turn off, but it does auto-sleep after a few minutes.
